Scottsdale dog walker- dog doors

Many dog owners worry about the safety and security of their Scottsade homes. They also worry that if they have a big dog, then the dog door would need to be huge. So huge a large person could also fit through! Dogs are very athletic and can fit through spaces you couldnt imagine!
This dog door was for the chihuahuas..the doberman fits through.
So go ahead and get a dog door that a human wont fit through, your large dog can be taught how to go through!

It also means that you dont have to worry about dropping/picking them up from anywhere.
Elite Pet Care is bonded and insured and we care about the health and wellness of your pet, but we also keep an eye on your home.
Rotated blind, lights, mail brought in, trash receptacles curbed, etc. No one will know you are away.
We have also prevented a flood in one clients home as their hot water heater busted. If I wasnt there to realize there was a leak, the client would have had thousands of dollars of damage to their home.

As a Dog Walker How Much Would You Contribute to the Scottsdale Chaparral Dog Park?
March 21, 2011
As a frequent visitor to the Chaparral Dog Park, I must put in my two cents involving its recent attention. Since the park costs $100,000 annually to operate, The City of Scottsdale put out a survey in February of 2011 to ask visitors how much they would be willing to contribute to the park.
The City brought up the idea of an annual membership. My question is, what will the cost be of securing the park to only members? Does the cost of the documentation for a membership wipe out the $100 put towards the park? Where and from whom will I pick up my dog’s pass?
To this matter there is a simple solution: close off the dog park at unsafe temperatures during the summer. As a pet sitter I was asked to do a dog park trip in the middle of a 110 degree day. These temperatures are too hot for dogs to be out in even if your dog has accumulated to the weather of the Valley. Closing the park when it is unhealthy for our animals will reduce maintenance costs.
As for donations to the dog park, it is up to the dog owners to decide what they will contribute. I personally believe if dog park lovers see positive changes to the park they will be more than happy to donate. The park attracts an estimated 300,000 visitors a year. If everyone paid one dollar, the park would be receiving roughly $200,000 dollars which will double the amount of funding for the dog park.
What do you say, Fido?
Phoenix pet sitter gives info on dog arthritis
January 11, 2011
As Phoenix and Scottsdale dog walkers, we see tons of dogs through the week. We are trained to notice when the dogs aren’t feeling well or if something is different about them. We see that many dogs become stiffer as they age and we want to give dog owners some things to look for in your dogs.
Dogs may have arthritis if they:
- Suffer loss of flexibility
- Limp or favor certain legs
- Show stiffness or pain when getting up from a lying-down position
- Seem to find certain positions uncomfortable or painful
- Seem to experience pain when touched in certain areas
- Appear to have stiff, swollen or sore joints
- Walk stiffly
- Be hesitant to jump, run or climb stairs
As your dog walker, we are here to help you notice changes in your dogs. We are a team!
