At the free consultation please have a spare key ready to turn over. Please fill out the service contract, vet release form, a vacation form(only during major holidays), key agreement and a pet profile for each pet. Double-sided is preferred:)! Please be as thorough as possible.  We will go over the paperwork together at the consult. I look forward to being your Scottsdale pet sitter!

And don’t worry, the packet may be a little long, but you only have to fill it out once!
