Thank you for pointing out that dogs need to mesh! So often, when I am meeting new dog families, the question missing from the family is "tell me about the dogs you have in your daycare." I always talk about the personalities of the dogs I work with and like you said, I make sure that their dog will work with my "pack" before agreeing to taking their dog on as a client. I have the dog visit my house, meet my dogs and play for an hour so I can be confident it will work. This information never gets addressed in a typical article.
